How to place order?
1) Please email to seoulup@hotmail.com to place an order with the below details:

d) Color
e) Quantity
f) Receiver name
g) Delivery address
2) Upon receiving the order email, we will reply your mail within 24 hour(Please allow up to 24 hr for reply as sometimes i might be away from work desk) to confirm the availability of the item and will issue you an invoice to your email. Bank details will be given to you for payment. Payments must be made before closing date or your order will be canceled.
Full payment is required for order less than RM400. For order more than RM400, customer can select to pay full or 50% deposit to secure the order and the remaining to be paid when goods arrive Seoul Up.

Ready Stock
1) We will try our best to process your order within the shortest duration possible (approximately 2-3 days). If the ordered items are out of stock, customer can request for refund or exchange of items in same price.
2) My Closet supports cash deposit to our banking account /online transfer and credit cards payment via PAYPAL. Upon confirmation of payment, we will proceed with delivery.
3) Ready Stock Items Clothes will be sent out within 3 days after payment is made. (except of Sundays, Saturdays and public holidays).
Pre-Order Items (applicable only for Pre-Order Album)
* Payment is not refundable within the stock pending period, but if order is out of stock, 100% payment will be refunded.
* Pre-Order Items would take approximately 3 weeks from the closing date to reach my Closet, if buyer is not able to wait, please do not make your order.
